"For a company that caters to people with small heads and then changes the sizes to larger size sizes makes no sense you guys fail. Customer service zero out of 10 try to exchange my hat for a smaller size because you guys messed that up. It took you 21 days to get back to me. Thank you anyone having the same problem make sure you go through PayPal. They’ll respond that way when you’re messing with their money."

Never responded for the return

"Ordered one of these hats, got it and the size wasn’t quite right so I wanted to return it and get a size down. The return process through shop was not working, so I decided to email Storied directly. It’s been two weeks now and never heard a word. Gave the hat to my brother because he has a bigger head than me and I’d never have worn it. He likes it I guess, but the customer service from Storied is not great."
