Shipping policy

For the United States

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate and orders get to USPS in 2-3 business days after purchase + 3-5 business days for transit.
• Expedited Shipping: $11.99 flat rate and orders get to USPS within 1-2 business days + 2-3 business days for transit.
• Exchanges: Free shipping on exchanges.
• Holidays: During the holidays, we do exchanges and returns until January 31, even if outside the normal 30 day return window.
• Returns: Refunded minus cost of shipping both ways + 5% restocking fee assuming the hat is returned as new and with tags on. Submit a return request via the link in your confirmation email.

International Shipping

Cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout and ship with DHL. The cost of exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund returns, but we don't provide labels.
