Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are for pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment of the pre-order price. 

You can cancel your pre-order up to one week before it ships. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a refund minus shipping costs and 5% restocking fee. If you have any questions, please email orders@storiedhats.com
