"Ordered two Average-Plus hats. One fit fine. This one was way too big - baggy on the sides and was not labelled Average-Plus like the other one. When I emailed, no response. Then two weeks later I get this review request with a warm and fuzzy "And please let us know if we can do anything. Ensuring you are totally happy with your hat is the most important thing to us. " Obviously not. You guys talk the talk, but don't walk it."

"I found myself needing to replace my old ballcaps. I wanted something that would be clearly in line with my views, not something that could be misconstrued as supporting the fascist and oligarchic takeover of the US government, and still provide the various utility I expect from a ballcap: sun protection for my balding head, and a visor for glare control from the sun. The hats I've purchased arrived in a timely manner, and fit well. The closures were exactly as described, and easy to adjust to make sure that I could adjust the fit to my head, and the varying amount of hair I have on my head, depending upon hair cut. The only concern I have is that I seem prone to tensioning the apple peel vinyl a bit beyond it's comfortable strength, and it seems prone to stretching. It's a minor thing, however. Don't be like me and insist upon a tight fit, and it should be fine."
