"I had a few issues with my order and while I liked the hat, I was sent the wrong size. I sent many follow up emails and heard nothing. For a while this was a one star experience. However, when I did hear back from zach, he was extremely helpful and resolved the issue immediately. I really appreciated this and will look forward to receiving the right size and trying some other hats in the future. ."

Didn’t fit

"I have a large head. The hat I ordered was X-Large and the circumference was fine when adjusted, but the crown was too tight so I requested a return. I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. I’m not happy about that, so thus the two stars (I did like the hat’s quality). When I return things to Amazon I pay neither shipping or restocking. If you want a loyal base you need to put the customers first. The $10 you recouped cost you a bad review. Was it worth it? My advise, look elsewhere if customer service is important to you."
