I ordered Excellent Hat - Sloppy Shipping

"I’ve worn ball caps almost every day for half a century and I’ve owned them from nearly every brand and price point. My new Storied Hats ball cap became my favorite within hours of receiving it. The material is outstanding, and unique. The styling is refined and considered and the fit is like no other ball cap I’ve ever owned. I cannot recommend them enough. I will purchase more. But this time I will be ready for the less than prompt shipping and the poor communication from the company. I ordered some clothing and hats from Europe after my Storied Hats order and they arrived before than my Storied Hats purchase. The shipping label was printed days ahead of actual shipping, so it looked like my order was lost internally. I sent an email asking about the order, and they didn’t respond until after my order had arrived. Like I said, the hats are fantastic. I suppose that’s how they can get by with shipping processes from 1997, but it’s still disappointing to have to time travel to the mail order era to get quality products."

Three hats, one wool, two everyday premium.

"My wife purchase three wool hats for me. One was my size so we inquired about trading out the other two for size and style. I prefer the six panel. Instead of shipping them back and waiting for replacements, they said we will ship you the replacements first to see if you like them and then you can return whichever ones you want to. They included a postage label for free shipping. I love the hats, and the service and the manner in which in was given cannot be better. The wool cap is a stark difference for keeping your head warm. I’m delighted with these hats."

Shape of hat is not ideal when it has tension

"Material is good but the shape of the front can be a bit weird . Where the problem is that if it's boxy that's ok it should stay boxy. But the material is soft so it pull the boxy shape into a weird angle and now it a shape of it own."
